Responsibilities
 Responsible for bank and other treasury related works
 Weekly cash flow estimate
 Bank facility related works
 Weekly FX Hedging review, for both new PO hedging and existing hedging settlement
 Monthly / quarterly / annual tax reporting, for VAT, BT, stamp tax, CCT, education surcharge, supplementary education surcharge etc.
 SO billing & VAT invoice management
 Overseas payment related tax reporting (case by case)
 Liaise with tax authority for daily operation
 Monthly report to local statistic office.
 Fixed asset management
 Annual audit and renewal of company registration certificate, including business license, SAFE, BIC, tax, legal entity certificate etc.
 Support to finance manager with internal report / account analysis
Qualifications/Requirements
 Major in accounting with Bachelor degree
 Good English
 Familiar with SAP
 Familiar with tax report and tax laws
 Familiar with bank payment and SAFE policy
