Sales Manager 销售经理

Job Description
As the Regional Manager, you will join EF Language team and direct its sales and marketing activities. It is a very sales oriented role requiring marketing creativity. You will operate in a truly international environment and a young and dynamic team.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach sales targets on a weekly basis
· Overall responsibility for coordinating day-to-day sales activities with personal involvement.
· Staff recruitment, development, performance and salary reviews.
· Drive local marketing and advertising, and understand competitive positioning
· Develop & implement sales and marketing strategies
· Responsibility for building up new and maintain existing customer relationships. Ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and support.
· Coordination of operational, sales & marketing activities

Qualifications
· Recognized university degree, preferably at graduate level
· 5 year work experience in sales and marketing for a respected company
· Strong business acumen and commercial instinct
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· Staff management and development experience
· Commitment to quality and customer service
· Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit
· Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
· Knowledge of the education industry would be a great plus.
· International experience (study/work) or experience in an international environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive attitude and great team spirit
