Responsibilities
1.Analyze operation performance data and process measures to identify
improvement opportunities.
2.Conduct As-Is and root cause analysis and communicate findings in a
synthesized format.
3.Provide expertise on process improvement opportunities and feasibility, and
deliver assessment.
4.Work with HQ to identify global synergy in processes and tools.
5.Partner effectively with Process Owners, Process Controllers, Key Users and
key department leaders across the organization to develop solutions addressing
the concerns.
6.Plan and coordinate training, communication, and deployment activities for
continuous improvement.
7.Provide practical assistance and consulting to process users on mastering
the related new processes and tools to support seamlessly adapted and used in
practice.
8.Provide implementation status to the related stakeholders.
9.Other business and tasks needed.
Job requirement
1. Bachelor degree, Engineering or other related major.
2. At least 5 years R&D working experience.
3. Professional skill : Knowledge of how to use data driven decision and
project planning tools to drive implementation, know how to leverages data to
evaluate process capability and identify performance gaps, knowledge of process
improvement or organization transformation programs, eg. improve quality,
efficiency or customer satisfaction...
4. CET4, Strong written and oral communication skills – English required.
5 .Demonstrated collaboration across a heavily matrixed organization.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
7. Ability to build strong internal and cross-functional relationships .
