岗位职责 Position Responsibility
1. 协助销售渠道进行销售和促销活动,以达到
销售目标
2. 监督销售渠道的管理
3. 策划及分配销售队伍的工作,确保区域内销
售、铺货及促销活动的进行
4. 评估核实销售队伍的工作
5. 培训及指导销售代表
任职资格 Qualification
1、专科或以上
2、初级英语书写与会话
3、掌握办公室电脑软件的使用
4、3-4年饮料类相关销售工作经验
5、良好的执行力;良好的分析能力,特别是财务类或销售类的相关分析;良好的沟通,谈判以及人际交往能力;
6、能较好地对团队进行辅导及培训
7、良好的团队管理能力,能带领一个小型团队;熟悉市场、客户及渠道信息
