岗位职责:
1.lead CDJ experience plan for client activation, including Wechat channels. Collaborate with agency for campaign execution and motive performance with commercial team for follow-up
2.Organize and conduct loyalty program, clienteling campaign and client service plan in internal BTQs and external partners. Coordinate internal team's functions to support plan follow-up.
3.Collect and lead CRM digital engagement including mini program with community livestreaming. Assimilate the mechanism and business scenarios, and provide consolidated feedback to commercial team for enhancement.
4.Conduct top client event using third party/partners resources to recruit new clients and offer premium SPA service
任职要求:
1.bachelor degree above ，6years relevant experience,
2.Strategic & analytical thinking，project management skills and strong ownership
3.Excellent Prioritization & Organization with good communication skills
4.Premium cosmetics brand working experience/Luxury&fashion industry background is nice to have
