职位描述
工作职责:
1、订单获取:负责公司产品的销售与推广;
2、售点执行:拜访售点,维护并发展现有客户关系,处理订单并做好售点执行;
3、店内动销:参与市场调研和推广活动,提供市场反馈和建议,协助制定市场推广计划;
4、合同谈判:关键人信息获取,商务谈判以及方案制定;
5、经销商管理:二批进销存管理、经销商网络规化&货物流向管理。
任职资质:
1、 教育背景:大专及以上学历
2、 经验要求:
-有快消相关工作经验(无相关经验需要有较高的潜力)
-熟悉相关打卡、办公软件为佳
3、能力要求:
-具备较强的自我驱动力和目标导向性,能够独立完成工作任务;
-具备良好的学习能力和适应能力,能够快速掌握产品知识和市场动态;
-热爱销售事业,具备良好的销售技巧和客户服务意识;
-具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的能力;
-具备团队合作精神。
