As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for Shanghai plant productivity improvements, NPI/Mass production process analysis and improvement, including product introduction and manufacturing process flow design to reduce waste, Lean/Kaizen projects driving etc. for Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for production line operator training.

- Being responsible for Products routing /time study and cycle time setup for production line.
- Ensuring continuous productivity improvement through IE study (VSM, waste elimination, line balancing, method study, process improvement, layout, Poka-Yoke etc.) Capacity and OEE
- Being responsible for Internal scrap analysis and reduction, involve customer quality return.
- Being responsible for process issue analysis and improvement,
- Ensuring Change follow up management (ECO/ECN)
- Being responsible for new product introduction and transfer
- Being responsible for New fixture design/buyoff/maintenance

- Over 3 years in process control or related work, rich experience on electronic industry
- Strong sense of teamwork, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Experience on assembly and dimension interference analysis, testing experience
- A Bachelor’s degree above, Good English speaking
- Setting up production process in IE view based on product’s characteristic.
- Giving requirement of production line to guarantee quality and efficiency based on working process.
