As a Lead Test Engineer, you will be responsible for making sure that language/cultural obstacles are overcome for Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the R&D Department Lead, you will manage multiple projects, set schedules, and priorities.

- Developing hardware and software to test all types of power supply and controller products.
- Testing and analyzing product failures.
- Using digital and analog circuit skills to design test fixtures and platforms.
- Using computer application skills to write test software code, debug, and deploy.
- Summing up test experience and improve test quality continuously in application.
- Completing the task with high quality and timely.

- 3+(MS)-5+(BS) years’ experience in Test Engineering.
- Knowledge of GPIB instrumentation, National Instruments Labview/CVI.
- General knowledge of burn-in facilities and techniques, and safety testing.
- Good knowledge of Power Electronics.
- Deep knowledge of power conversion device, and IPC9592 desirable.
- Good capability and skills of kicking- through multiple tasks.
- BS/MS EE, or equivalent levels.
- Programming C/C++, Visual Basic, and Python preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
