As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for maintenance materials parameters and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders, for Electrification Business Area in China.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be supporting to keep raw material inventory at a reasonable level and accurate.

- Calculating and maintaining the MRP parameters in SAP system: safety stock, lot size, ABC and so on. Defining and optimizing purchasing policies for different materials.
- Ensuring optimized translation of purchase requisitions. Notifying buyers to releases purchase orders to suppliers and expedites if required. Collaborating with Buyers to make sure the materials arrive on time.
- Be accountable for materials ATP checking and cooperating with production planners to assure materials availability.
- Handling materials interruption or shortage problem from production, logistic, suppliers and so on. Analyzing the root cause and get it resolved.
- Analyzing excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Taking appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Be responsible for materials accuracy and supporting cycle counting and year-end inventory counting.

- 2 years’ work experience in related function.
- Ability to solve problems and coordinate with cross-functional teams smoothly.
- Familiar with ERP (SAP preferred) & MS office software.
- Prefer to planning and purchasing experiences
- Bachelor or above
- Fluency in English
- Good communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
- Must be result-orientated.
- Must have strong learning ability.
