Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
? Explore and develop shopper strategy in emerging OTO platforms for business growth
Key Responsibilities
Build a strong partnership and close contact with the O2O platforms.
Design and deploy Joint Business Plan / Annual Plan with the platforms to get all kinds of levers for growth: category solution, resource for brand exposure, commercial agreements, shopper data and etc.
Innovate new business initiatives with selected O2O platforms based on consumer behavior and platform strategy
Routine management of O2O expenses, contracts, tracking and other operational work.
Budget management.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
? Proven track record of awareness of the ongoing digital trends when it comes to engage consumers
? Innovative, flexible and creative problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize multiple projects
? Strong data analytics ability to transform data into actionable insights
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Good in written and oral English Skills
? Progressive experience in OTO are preferred
? Fast learner, proactive working attitude and strong project management experience
