Key Accountabilities:
1.To review and check the payment supporting according to company guideline;
2.To review and check trade spending supporting, include discount and trade support;
3.To review and check accrual trade spending expenses, monthly closing voucher batch upload to SAP;
4.Properly review & make sure all expenses are correctly booked in appropriate account;
5.To perform monitor and strengthen the KA accounts receivable and reconciliation with KA & sales dept. for finding out the reasons and drill down for ensure DSO under control. Building a transparent, fact-based and consistent F&A platform for the modern trade.
6.Play as a window between HQ finance & branch dept. and provide general fin. Support to branch office (legal, tax, internal control etc.).
7.Assist to complete consolidate, analyses and generate CANN report. Build up regular sharing platform with sales & TM to improve finance service at branch level.
8.Coach and support sales colleagues in finance basic knowledge, trade promotion policy;
9.To ensure the compliance of Danone internal control requirement and assist internal & external audit process base on request.
10.Market visit.

Job Specification:
1.Skilled with Micro-soft office software(esp. EXCEL), familiar with SAP is preferred
2.Strong analytical skills & operating expenses control concept
Functional competencies:
1.Have comprehensive accounting knowledge;
2.Familiar with accounting and policies;
3.Familiar with corporation accounting process and financing management theories;
4.Solid experience on sales finance;
5.Fully conduct the foresaid assignment independently;
6.Strong follow up senses, team player.
Jobholder Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree, majoring in finance, accounting, economic
2.At least 6 years working experience in financial field, preferably in the FMCG
3.Good working oral and written English skills
4.CPA is preferred
