Professional Experience专业经验:

? Min 7 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, there into over 5 years of experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing. 7年以上生产制造企业工作经验，其中至少有5年六西格玛或者精益生产的经验。
Purpose of the Job 职位目标:

The cLEAN？ partner is responsible for analysing, developing and implementing changes in process improvements. Drive continually improvements by using various Lean methods to ensure high efficiency and productivity in PS Site Tianjin.

Main Job Tasks 岗位职责:
? Support Site and cLEAN strategy and ensure implementation in a sustainable way. 支持天津工厂战略和精益生产战略的实施
o Implement PS Production System. 贯彻执行PSPS，推进流程标准化
o Be key player on unit cost, OEE, lead time and productivity. 作为关键人员带领业务部门降低单位成本，提高OEE、交货时间和生产力
o Support management to identify improvement opportunities and solutions. 帮助管理层找出改进机会和解决方案
? Support to line of business (LoB) in cLEAN way. 在精益生产方面给业务部门提供支持
o Plan and implement cLEAN？ Leadership training 计划并实施精益生产领导力培训
o Support by coaching the use of shop floor management tools, manufacturing diary, practical problem solving and process confirmation 提供现场管理工具、生产日志、解决问题方法和过程确认的培训和辅导
o Discover new leveraging opportunities, share best practices 发现新的改进机会推广***工作方法
o Ensure Lean improvements are transferred to LoB and sustained 确保精益生产的方法和原理传授并持续应用到业务活动中
o Apply lean methodology and recommend solutions to specific business cases
? Lead cLEAN？ improvement Projects (2 star and 3 star level) 主导精益生产改进项目的实施
? Participate in internal and external audits 参加内、外部审计
? Run cLEAN？ Academy activities. 执行cLEAN？学院的活动
o Prepare relevant training material for cLEAN？ classes in collaboration with PS cLEAN？ Office, that covers basic, 1 star, 2 star and 2 star classes. 与PS cLEAN？ Office合作准备精益生产各个级别相关培训的材料，包括：基础和1星至3星课程。
o Teach cLEAN？ courses of basic, 1 star, 2 star and 3 star. 教授cLEAN？课程
o Coach cLEAN？ candidates, from 1 star to 3 star, to execute their projects and gain positive results. 辅导cLEAN？学员完成他们的项目并获得良好结果。
o Be able to develop cLEAN？ Academy courses to fit local requirements. 能开发适应本地需要的cLEAN？课程。
