As a Senior system testing Engineer, you will be working together with development team to define servo drive system test scope and pan test cases for Motion Business Area in Nanjing, China.

Reporting to the R&D Team Lead, you will be designing the test case for servo drive features and review test case with team members.

- Working as part of the Drive Product R&D department, Servo drive team
- Working in R&D projects to make servo drive system test plans and specifications and execute them, including the functions and performance testing for servo drive/motor/encoder with cables. Also should take some testing on different application cases.
- Building test setups, perform servo drive tests individually and together with R&D design engineers and other testing engineers.
- Tracking and analyzing testing, solving the problem encountered in the test process
- Writing and reviewing the test reports in English language.
- Supporting internal and external customers in technical challenges.
- Supporting servo drive detail feature definition in the team and whole organization.

- A Bachelor or above on electrical, motor, servo drive or motion control.
- Experienced servo drive system testing or servo drive application design.
- Experience of working on industry area.
- Know servo drive and motor control theory and functions of servo drive.
- Know drive closed-loop control or V/F control principle.
- Experience of debugging machine which designed servo drive into.
- Capable of understanding and producing technical documentation in English language.
- Understanding of R&D testing processes of industrial products
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing)
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as together with the team.
