Position Description:
1. Balance demand and supply to improve supply flexibility
2. Ensure weekly MRP accuracy and communicate with Parts/Products supply management team
3. Work with Geo demand planning to improve forecast accuracy
4. Intensively interface with Geo Demand Planning and BU for short term and long-term D/S product mix planning and loading
5. Work with Parts/Product supply management and NPI team on the supply line for weekly supply commitment to Geo;
6. Work with cross team on demand conditioning proposal, communicate with Geo Demand Planning , Fulfillment, Sales and Marketing to optimize CA achievement;
7. E&O, and Inventory control

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years related working experience; Previous experience working in a multinational or joint venture company is preferred
2. Good communication and well coordinator skills; good written and spoken English
3. Problem solving and analytical skill;
4. Customer oriented, fully self-motivated and flexible;
5. Responsible, team work & good at interpersonal communication;
6. Able to work under pressure, devote to the job
