- Create PO in SAP system or EP
- Issue GR after goods delivery/service finished
- GR/Cash out forecast
- Arrange Payment to vendor by portal and I-process (including BAD application)
- Vendor master data application
- Hedge handle/ roll over/settle application in SAP
- Double check and Release SO in SAP
- Credit release application handle in SAP
- Stamp duty handle by Quarter
- ED/IG/Aging/Open PO/GR reverse report prepare and comments per month

- International Trade or equivalent background
- Know well international commercial terms and risks
- Communication skill, independent,
- Fluent English language ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Specialized commercial handling or export/import experience: >=5 years
- Good analytical and feedback skills
