As a Sales - Datacenter Segment, you will achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by effectively selling the ABB ELDS System Products (Including MV /LV Switchgear/Busway) to the existing and potential Data Center industry Customer for Electrification Business Area in Shenzhen, China.

Reporting to the Sales Manager – Segment, you will acquire new projects from the existing and new customers, for Data Center segment customer.

- Identifying and developing new and key accounts in the relative segment
- Keeping customers informed of new developments in which they have an interest
- Developing quotations in accordance with the division objectives and philosophies
- Being responsible for commercial negotiation with the customer
- Serving as interface between company and customer to ensure customer needs are satisfied with resultant performance integrity and as a basis for future mutually satisfactory business dealings
- Establishing and maintaining favorable work relationships with customers
- Monitoring and reporting competitive activity and provides sales and marketing feedback and direction to the business group

- Above 2~3 years working experience, at least 2 years in Electrical Project Sales / Marketing or in Project Management, preferably for Data Center industry; preferably for Engineer
- Knowledge of electrical product, system and application, Medium / Low switchgear/Busway
- background before sales, preferably working experiences in international company
- A bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical engineering
- Must be self-motivated, highly credible
- Good interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening;
- Good communication skills
- Must have Positive & Continuous learning attitude
