JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:

l FCPA Projects Review & Policy Maintenance

n Fully understand the entity's Accounting policy, FCPA policy and procedures, responsible for examining the HCP vendors, Meetings, and 3^rd party vendors and transactions.

n Define the checking points according to policy and procedures.

n Review the job qualification of other team members.

n Support internal and external queries regarding to policy and procedures

n Provide trainings to internal staffs

l Reporting and Data Analysis

n Track, analyze and report the HCP vendors, Meetings, 3^rd party vendors, 3^rd party transaction data, provide financial analysis report for leadership review

n Report on major findings / violations with timely insights

l Quality control and management

n Perform spot and double check process and ensure the accuracy of expense report validation of all team members.

n Manage team’s KPI, monitor and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of execution of the team

l Others

n Cross-Function Communication locally and globally

n Team development and construction

n Other tasks assigned by line-manager

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

l Bachelor degree（Major in Finance/Accounting, or other related subjects is preferred）

l 3 - 5 years working experience with accounting, and/or compliance areas.

l Very Proficient in both oral and written English

l Experience with pharmaceutical company preferred

l Good communication skill and good team player

l Accuracy/ Attention to details

l Dedicated, reliable and responsible with positive attitudes
