职位描述：
We are looking for a bilingual and bicultural intern to work on the content strategy of a key product. You will help shape the content that appears on the user interface of the product (both English and Chinese versions). This role is based in Beijing, and the primarily working language will be Chinese.
职位要求：
1. Native proficiency (or equivalent) in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. This requirement is non-negotiable.
2. Graduated from or currently enrolled in a university where the primary language of instruction is English.
3. Experience in journalism/software localization/UX writing/translation a plus.
4. The ability to work on-site (at our Beijing office) continuously for at least 6 months.
5. Direct or indirect experience in Human Resources/Human Capital Management, and deep interest in the field.
