职位描述:

1.Understands and adheres to the overarching continued product vision, strategy, and roadmap consistent with Technology & Digital’s overall strategic plan、

2. Work with all domain owners for continuous learning of existing business practices and requirements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT solutions、

3. Standardizes and implements the pricing policy for all digital offers

4. Participates in day to day tactical work including: gathering requirements, writing effective user stories, defining acceptance criteria for items in the backlog, prioritizing the backlog, and attending SCRUM meetings、

5. Engages in ongoing user acceptance testing and customer service insights based on user feedback and needs from Line of Business、

6.Assists in the development of new products and features by completing product requirements and product development programs; establishing time schedules and cost estimate with technical team members.

1. Master Degree preferred

2.Strong analytical skills - able to provide innovative solutions to complex problems

3.Extremely motivated and energized by big challenges; willingness to work within and learn applications in a self-directed manner

4.Obsessed with simplicity and making data-driven product decisions

5.Able to understand project management and product development for ToB applications in in an Agile environment

6.Able to write clear and easily understood user stories, acceptance criteria and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
