Key Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for expat employees and their dependents’ visas
2. Responsible for expat employees’ relocation, apartments’ management and other relevant things
3. Responsible for managing expat employees’ commercial insurance and related welfare
4. Providing necessary assist for expat employees’ daily work and life in order to help them to fit into Chinese life and culture
5. Expats personal files and C&B and ER contacts filing
6. Follow On-Board, Resignation or transfer procedures
7. Take responsibility for daily C&B and ER operation works
8. Maintain HR system daily operation
9. Review and update expats related internal and external policies and work forms
10. Collect, check and arrange payment for HR department
11. Other arranged HR related temporary work

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above(HR, English, Management preferred)
2. Fluent in English, both verbal and written; Second language skill is a plus
3. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail and deadline work and systematic in work
5. Well organized, be able to follow up the schedule in order
6. Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
7. Other arranged HR related temporary work
