工作职责 Job Responsibilities

1) 协助大区域零售经理制定可行性货品达成计划，定期进行工作反馈 Support regional retail manager to make feasibility product achieve plan, give work feedback regularly

2) 了解区域内各城市的商品定位和销售表现，做出精确的订货数据分析 Know well of product positioning and sale performance of each city in the region, make accurate analysis before order meeting

3) 对区域内各城市订货工作进行指导和控制，保证订货准确性，同时符合公司的各项规定 Guide and control order works to ensure order accuracy and meet company requirement

4) 对区域内各城市零售货品运作进行指导和控制，制定合理的货品达成计划，并跟进执行结果 Provide guidance and control to retail product operation, make reasonable product achieve plan and follow up implementation effect

5) 密切关注货品达成数据，及时提出有效的促销申请和参活建议 Pay close attention to product achieve data, put forward effective promotion application timely

6) 定期对区域内货品团队进行培训和考评，提升货品团队工作效率和技能水平 Train and evaluate product team within the region regularly to improve work efficiency and job skill

任职要求 Competency Model

1) 本科及以上学历，数学相关专业优先 Bachelor degree or above，prefer to math related major

2) 3 年及以上零售及数据分析相关工作经验 Three years or above experience in retail or data analysis related

3) 良好的英文听、说、读、写技能，熟练使用办公软件 Good English ability in listening/speaking/reading and writing skills, fluent use of office software

4) 高效的项目执行及推进能力 Effective ability in project implementation and promotion

5) 优秀的逻辑思维能力，能快速准确的处理大宗数据 Excellent logical thinking ability, can handle large data quickly and accurately

6) 优秀的数据分析能力，能快速发现问题，并提出解决方案 Excellent data analysis ability, can quickly find problems and put forward solutions

7) 良好的沟通能力及表达技巧 Good communication and expression skill

8) 良好的协调能力和团队合作精神 Good coordination skill and team-work spirit

9) 良好的辅导技巧和培训能力 Good coaching skill and training capability

10) 具备高度责任感 High sense of responsibility
