Job Description：

l  Responsible for expat employees and their dependents’ visas;

l  Responsible for expat employees’ relocation, apartments’ management and other relevant things;

l  Responsible for managing expat employees’ commercial insurance and related welfare;

l  Providing necessary assist for expat employees’ daily work and life in order to help them to fit into Chinese life and culture;

l  Expats personal files and C&B and ER contacts filing

l  Follow On-Board, Resignation or transfer procedures;

l  Take responsibility for daily C&B and ER operation works;

l  Maintain HR system daily operation

l  Review and update expats related internal and external policies and work forms;

l  Collect, check and arrange payment for HR department;

l  Other arranged HR related temporary work.

 

Qualification：

l  Bachelor degree or above(HR, English, Management preferred)

l  Fluent in English, both verbal and written; Second language skill is a plus

l  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

l  Strong attention to detail and deadline work and systematic in work

l  Well organized, be able to follow up the schedule in order

l  Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) .

l  Other arranged HR related temporary work.
