Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To support brand buying (direct procurement) team business analysis including spending analysis, category savings calculation, team member KPI calculation, and etc.,  Also support other tasks arranged by brand buying manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct business analysis activities

·        Work with BI team to extract data from different management systems

·        Conduct spend analysis, category savings calculation and internal benchmark

·        Conduct buying team member KPI analysis to support bonus calculation

·        Cooperation with design and retail department to get production feedback

 

Support procurement optimization initiatives and will willing to take more responsibilities

·        Should with willingness to take more responsibility when business needs arise

 

Key Relationships:

·        Brand buying manager, category buying managers

·        BI team managers

·        Brand planning managers

·        Brand design directors/managers

·        Brand retails VP/inventory managers

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·        Should be able to conduct business analysis with interest of data and reports

·        Should be able to take accountability with broader scope when there is a need

·        Should be able to collaborate with peers to extract data from various channels

·        Proficiency in MS Office

·        Good English skills

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

·        Minimum 3-5 years experiences in business analysis areas
