1. Manage accounts within the territory

 

1)        Initiate the new product request, work with internal teams and ensure the new products completion.

2)        Initiate the new product cost request, work out price / quotation proposal to customers.

3)        Review and sign product specifications as a sales check. 

4)        Request new product samples in detail spec, check the samples are made as business needs. Send samples.

5)        Set up a customer price list.

6)        Daily regional orders update to monitor the customer’s sales performance completion rate.

7)        Acquire forecasts from each customer, manage customer forecasts for business planning.

8)        Manage account receivable, overdue payment, review customer payment risk.

9)        Account set up and master data management.

10)     Monitor and communicate customer bonus.

11)     Facilitate business requests, quality, delivery, chemical compliance, audit…  to be resolved with proper resolutions

12)     Respond customer emails timely and properly

13)     Other customer and business requests,

 

2.     Provide sufficient support to regional business development, to meet the sales target.

 

1)        Customer value proposition structure plans.

2)        Price analysis, market analysis.

3)        Organize, facilitate, business review meetings, take actions as per meeting minutes.

4)        Establish a customer business process.

5)        New product proposals.

6)        Promotion plan.

7)        New account development.
