职位描述：
1.All-round and efficient support for compliance operations including executing AML related works, managing and documenting all of identified compliance risks and solutions based on set procedures and policies, and resolving problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience.
2.Conduct in-depth KYC due diligence analysis & review in a comprehensive and efficient manner to maintain appropriate and acceptable level of AML related risk;
3.Partner with business units to provide compliance support services, including but not limited to information collection, risk identification, verification, periodic review and triggered events review, and record keeping in accordance with the company’s KYC standard and applicable regulatory requirements;
4.Conduct investigations and research on potentially suspicious clients using various internal and external systems and databases especially on name and sanction screening; determine the customer's risk profile based on the risk rating model and protect confidential customer information in accordance with the highest standards of compliance policy;
5.Establish and optimize internal procedures and manuals to prevent potential money laundering risk, and assist in all matters concerning compliance risk in coordination with the Compliance Advisory team; by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency;
职位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree / University degree or equivalent experience, minimal 2 years of experience in payment-related financial compliance positions, advanced certification in Compliance is a plus;
2. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, and able to adapt to new technology/tools quickly;
3. Strong analytical and research skills, attention to details, excellence in executing, problem solving, and pressure handling;
4. Ability to work in a team environment to organize work, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.Global mind-set for working with different cultures and backgrounds;
5. Excellent work organization ability, able to independently determine the priority of work tasks and handle multiple tasks at the same time. Have the proven capability to work and execute with minimal supervision or remote management.
