This role is in system middle office team of Alibaba Cloud International
- To take responsibility of sales effectiveness improvement, drive system & process improvement (serve internal user such as BD/SA/Marketing/Operation team);
- To collect and summarize VOC from internal/external users across different countries, summarize pain point and comments;
- To find root cause of pain points and key business barrier, understand front-end business situation, align with business strategy to setup project and manage IT project to go live successfully;
- Setup measurement of system performance to support sales &team effectiveness;
- Run regular BMS, leverage and collaborate with back-end IT team to make things happen;
- Fine-tune system design in terms of system Roles/process/result driven/compliance/risk control/action trigger and etc.

- IT/Internet industry /consulting services background, understand cloud computing and Multinational Corporation;
- Project management experiences, able to manage project independently and deliver measurable result;
- Good interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience to manage marketing to leads process, and leads to cash process;
- Knowledge about system know-how, process management, and system design;
- Data analysis skills to support monitor setup and result measurement. SQL/ Python/R skills are preferred;
- Candidates who possess CRM/Channel Partner Incentive or equivalent experience is preferred.
