The position will be responsible for Global Marketing KPI performance management , SMA (Sale & Marketing automation) Performance management, SMA Data analytic, and manage call center marketing generation leads outputs. Manage Global Marketing demand generation process and tracking.

Key responsibilities:

· Global Marketing Golden KPI setup, track and monitor. Drive all teams to fulfill B2O KPI.

· SMA(Sale & Marketing automation) related operation and management

1. As the super user of marketo , need to master Understand Engaged EU/Partner measurement and Marketing influenced order tracking strategy and system setting

2. Accelerate Sale enablement from system, data and leads process prospective of view.

3. Develop and Provide Data Analysis and Dashboard for SMA include regular data monitor & analytics and Ad hoc program analytics

4. Data cleaning: leverage internal and external resource to enhance data accuracy and quality of SMA Database

· Global Marketing Demand generation path management including but not limited to Co-working with CCC team (internal call center) on enhance leads’ convection, optimize leads follow-up processed monitor 3^rd party resource ROI. Digital event demand Gen. follow-up process build and track. Accelerate Pass to prater working module build.

The individual will be responsible for performing Varity of systems operation duties for Global marketing teams including but not limited to Marketo database entries and salesforce (bfo) entries and multiple BI & Dashboard entries.

- Bachelor degree or above.

- Master Marketo system and salesforce/ CRM knowledge

- Familiar with Call Center working module and strategy

- Fast learning and be patient on detailed system work

- Data sensitives and Systematic thinking

Functional

- Excel / VBA hands-on capability is must, Python hands-on is a strong plus.

- Tableau hands-on capability is must
