职位描述

1、 职责目的Position Objectives

完成订单录入及订单管理

To make sure every order is entirely in line with order fulfillment and Order management

2、 主要职责Key Responsibilities

§ 完成SAP系统中报价单的录入,准确及时与客户和销售沟通。确保所有价格组的物料、价格信息的正确性15%

To finish quotations in SAP with correct discount and price. Send to related customers and sales Leader for pricing approval. Ensure correct material and price with contract price customers.

§ 完成合同的系统(SAP)录入、订货及到货追踪,及时与客户和销售保持沟通。并确保符合公司订单销售政策,标准条款和条件以及出口管理需求。30%

To accomplish sales order entry into Company management systems(SAP), coordinate & follow order shipment, and communication with customer and sales. Ensure adherence to Corporate Order Acceptance Policy, standard terms and condition and export administration requirement.


§ 协助销售人员申请,配合合同部完成合同审核、创建、管理及执行工作。15%

Assist sales people to review contract with Contract department and ensure contracts’ implementation & management work.

§ 联系内部采购, 工厂以便确保按时发货,积极管理订单以满足所承诺的交货起和其他特殊发货要求。20%

Coordinate with internal purchaser, factories to improve on-time delivery performance, proactively manage order to meet committed delivery date and any special delivery requirement.


§ 与销售、管理、商务和其他部门建立良好的沟通以便有效解决客户订单相关问题10%

Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with Sales people, management, business and cross-functional teams to resolve customer order related issues.


§ 主管交付的其他工作。10%

Position related tasks assigned by supervisor.

3工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:

§ 积极完成本人以及本部门KPI考核。

Commit to meet individual KPI’s, Team KPI’s.

§ 与相关部门及时沟通,保持良好的合作关系

Communicate effectively with other LOB and Keep good relationship with them

§ 维护良好的客户关系,达到内部和外部客户的双重满意

Satisfy internal and external customers by good relationship with them

4任职资格Position Qualification Requirement

§ 专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

大学本科及以上学历,文秘或贸易专业背景

§ 相关工作经验Relevant Experience

3-5年以上/3-5 years or above

§ 语言技能Language Skills

§ 良好的英文交流能力

Good English communication skills

§ 其它要求Other Requirements

§ 良好的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识,熟练使用办公软件

Good communication skills and customer services oriented. Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, ExcelInternet and other office software.
