Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner to provide proactive HR advices and support to various business functions as to achieve organizational & business goal;

• Develop and implement of HR strategy, HR plans, projects and programs;

• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities in order to achieve effective hiring results to support business needs;

• Partner with business leaders to manage the employee life cycle, from talent acquisition, onboarding orientation, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement for greater efficiencies and quality;

• Oversee and check monthly payroll, review, design, implement and manage compensation and benefits programs and initiatives which include base and variable pay, medical, retirement plans and other reward programs;

• Stays abreast of changes in regulatory requirements, contemporary compensation and benefits trends and best practices against existing procedures and systems to provide recommendation for compliance and improvements;

• Prepare various kinds of HR reports and analysis including headcount, payroll, budget etc. and consolidate for management review;

• Represent the Company in applicable law suits, grievances and complaints in related to labour disputes;

• Support the continued development of the HR framework, providing proactive advise and support to the business leaders; and

• Oversee office administration including but not limited to procurement, repair and maintenance, leasing affairs and renovation etc

• Manage HR & Admin teams to ensure the smooth running of the business in PRC

    

Academic Background

    Bachelor degree, majored in Human Resource and Business management related disciplines

Working Experience  

   Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in similar positions gained in sizable organization and preferably in Retail industry

Language Skill

？ Good command of verbal  & written in Chinese; fluent in both spoken and written English is a must.

     Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and must be a good team player, willing to roll up the sleeves to get the job done

    Well versed in labor law & regulations, experienced in following up labor & ethics audit;

    Strong skills in project management and Excel knowledge (functions and formula, charts & pivot table wtc.);

    Detail-minded, result oriented, multi-tasking, mature, independent, can work under pressure and meet tight timeline;

    Proactive and result orientated business approach;

    Professional and positive attitude
