职位描述
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Generation:
· Achieve aligned sales targets
· Prepare & analyze sales reports and data to identify patterns, trends, & needs of the business and set business strategies to ensure business targets will be achieved
· Plan , align, & delegate store sales goals with store in area and motivate team to achieve target
· Inspire, motivate, coach & delegate team members accountable to meet assigned sales and productivity targets
· Monitor the “MOM” position on the sales floor are in place according to company guidelines so that the sales floor has clear “chat in” & “chat out” for selling objectives & strategies of each timing intervals during the day
· Identify, plan, propose & align with line manager & Marketing to take advantage of retail marketing opportunities to support sales
Customer Service:
· Ensure team in area are well trained to represent our core values & provides excellent services at all time
· Ensure staff maintains constant client communication through utilizing store clients’ record book
· Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact
· Develop & grow customer clientele base to support & meet future event & business targets.
· Facilitate & ensure store’s in area resolve all client problems and complaints in a timely manner according to company guidelines/ industry practice
· Ensure & facilitate sales associates with various customer service issues i.e. dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise so that issue is properly supported & resolved according to company guidelines/ industry practice.
· Ensure & promote all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, sale events, etc. to achieve desired target
· Ensure working culture & empower team to make decisions in the customer’s best interest that is aligned with the Company’s guidelines
Operations:
· Protect all company assets & ensure the assets are properly maintained
· Monitor & audit cash control procedures are properly followed including: bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash
· Control store expenses and maintain budgets, continually striving to reduce costs achieve operational excellence
· Maintain a systematic auditing program to ensure full location compliance in all areas

· Ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner
· Manage and conduct bi-annual inventories
· Support and assume responsibility for the integrity of Shipping/ Receiving in all areas and ensure that staff adheres to all Shipping/Receiving policies and procedures
· Ensure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate register usage and maintenance
· Understand and properly execute all management register functions
· Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, inter-store communication and LP audits
· Build and maintain good communication with members of corporate office, mall office and other stores
· Exhibit proficiency in computer programs used by the Company including: Word, Excel
Merchandising/Visual:
· Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies
· Partner with logistics, merchandise teams and supervisor to ensure appropriate assortment for the store
· Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times
· Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction
· Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner
· Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal
Human Resources:
· Build, maintain, train, and develop staff ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel
· Align with HR, Trainning, & line manager to map out team members abilities & to align for all training programs with stake holders in order to develop team members to succeed on job
· Continually evaluate the performance of each associate and provide constant feedback to ensure results
· Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
· Ensure integrity of payroll and the payroll process
· Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and adhered to at all times
WORK EXPERIENCE
§ Minimum 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years specialty management in retail industry; luxury is a plus
§ Solid retail, retention and loyalty program management experience
§ Excellent communication, presentations, organization, computer and planning skills
§ Hands on experience operation, merchandising or visual and sales training
§ Ability to review performance, analyze, draw conclusions and recommend immediate action
§ Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively
§ Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
§ Strong insightful analytical skills and good business acumen
§ Creative and proactive communication skills
§ Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently
