As a Product Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global/local digital portfolio growth strategy, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, China.
Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you will implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for digital portfolio and solution promotion and business development.
- Managing digital application / solution offer, monitoring and conducting relevant market investigation, improving its value proposition to sales, product marketing peers and customers, and coordinating with back-end for completing digital offer and anticipate market trend and customer expectation
- Working closely with front-end sales and product marketing peers capturing digital opportunities including technical / commercial proposal to support peers implementing the promotions through seminars/roadshows event and customer visits
- Diving into potential segment through comprehensive investigation, identifying the segment pattern and pain spot for responding digital application to support sales for practical actions and value promotion to turn leads/opportunities into orders
- Cooperating with sales and peers for key smart solution projects and coordinating with DSC, LPG PS to improve hit rate
- Establishing good relationship and expertise with customer for long-term cooperation
- Supporting new digital business model development
- 5 years of working experience in related field such as product marketing, product management, product engineering, R&D experience or technical sales
- Basic knowledge of medium voltage electrical system, including switchgear, ring main unit, breaker, control circuit and distribution automation
- Sound knowledge for IoT, communication, sensor technology
- Familiar with market insight of smart switchgear or smart energy management and applications
- A bachelor’s degree or above
- Outstanding communication, fluency in English (oral and written), good interpersonal skills expected, and must be willing to travel
- Have good teamwork spirit, good presentation skill as well as computer knowledge
