职位描述
I.Key Responsibilities and Duties主要工作职责
1.In charge of social recruitment and campus recruitment on the basis of Group and site development requirement;
2.Selecting applications which correspond to the requirements of the entities and recommend to right functions/positions;
3.Evaluating the potential and skills of candidates on the basis of interviews;
4.Build and maintain the recruitment system of the plant;
5.Source right schools for the plant and build up long-term partnership with them;
6.Source right and effective recruitment agencies and advertisement channels and build up mutual benefit relationship with them;
7.Coordinate developing communication activities concerning career paths within industry for potential candidates;
8.Be responsible for new employee on board information communication and record. Take charge of exit interview, exit procedure, exit record and analysis;
9.Be responsible for the following and procedures of employees' probation and transfer;
10.Learn and follow up C&B, HC report, HR audit and other related work;
11.Be responsible for HR activities and projects, such family daily, skill competition and diversity;
12.Health certificate management of permanent employee, third party employee and interns;
13.Plant OC and JD management.
1.根据集团及工厂发展需要,负责工厂各项社会招聘及校园招聘;
2.根据不同部门的职位要求筛选岗位合适人选;
3.根据面试情况评估应聘者技能与潜力;
4.招聘体系的完善与维护;
5.确定校园招聘合作学校并与之保持长期的合作关系;
6.确定有效的招聘中介及广告渠道,并与之保持互利的关系;
7.开展与职业发展相关的交流活动;
8.负责员工入职沟通、信息录入,离职面谈、离职手续办理、离职信息记录、分析等;
9.负责员工试用期转正、转岗的跟进和手续办理;
10.学习并逐步跟进薪资、人头报表、HR审计等相关工作;
11.负责部门的部分活动或项目,如家庭日、技能比武、多样化等;
12.工厂正式工、外包工及实习生的健康证管理;
13.工厂JD、OC的更新和管理。
II. Job Requirements必备专业技术能力
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or related;
2.At least three years’ experience fully in HR function with at least one year in recruitment role;
3.Experience in foreign enterprises, manufacturing environment background is preferred;
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills, good team work sprit;
5.Good command of English both in written and spoken.
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业;
2.三年以上人力资源工作经验,一年以上招聘经验;
3.外资企业工作背景,并有制造业背景优先;
4.良好的沟通、人际交往及团队合作能力;
5.良好的英文听说读写能力。
