 RESPONSIBILITIES  

1.  Work closely with the FC, provide the accurate and timely information on the financial performance of the business and support the decision making process.
2. Assisting with the day to day accounts as requested by the FC, including but not limited to GL, AR, AP, Invoicing, Costing, inventory, revenue recognition, ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded into the accounting system.
3. Assisting with and month end closing and reporting, journal entries, provisions. Prepayments and the Monthly taxes declaration.
4. Helping the FC with the yearend closing / QPRs / annual budgets,
5. Liaison with the external audit firm to complete annual audit, and annual tax filing.
6. Coordinate with tax authorities on filing of non-trade payment and payment application.
7. Review of employee expense claims to ensure internal control and procedures are compliant.
8. Any other ad hoc work as required

REQUIREMENT             

1. University degree major in Financing /accounting

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience

3. Good Written and spoken English, CET-6; Good computer skills

4. Familiar with government regulations

5. Absolute confidentiality of sensitive financial information

6. Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, dynamic, willing to provide help to other colleagues and work as part of a team; open minded with pleasant personality
