The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in IA to...
- Carry out business/strategic analyses supporting Tapestry Global Business Development, including buy-backs of brand distributor business from our international partners, wholesale business and travel retail.
- Lead business decision support across our international and domestic Store Development initiatives, including brand-wide negotiations with our key developer/landlord partners
- Support long-range strategic planning of Global Business Development/Store Development initiatives, including development and consolidation of our global BD LRP; support global regional teams with development of their BD roadmaps
- Act as liaison across our brands and functional/geographic teams to coordinate and facilitate execution of these global business development initiatives
- As needed, carry out strategic analyses to support licensing negotiations
- As needed, support on relevant due-diligence and pre/post acquisition analysis for future M&A, particularly related to business development opportunities
