Job Responsibilities

工作职责

- Ensure quality of product are complied as per buyers’ requirements as well as safety standard

确保产品质量能符合买手的要求及安全标准

- Ensure all samples are dispatched to buyers on schedule

确保所有的样衣能按预定时间分派给买手

- Ensure shipments on time delivery

确保准时交货

- Ensure orders are followed up accurately

确保准确无误跟踪订单

- Negotiate the price balancing the Brand requirement of price and quality.

就价格和质量的品牌需求进行协商

- Assist and actively participate in sample development for Brand Review meetings

在品牌会议上，辅助并积极参与样衣开发

- Analyze the costing and negotiate the prices with supplier ensure the best price in place

分析成本，并同供应商就价格问题进行协商

- Obtain all necessary approvals (pattern, samples, print, embroidery, was, trims etc) for bulk production

为大量生产获取所有必须的批复（款式、样衣、打印、刺绣等）

- Solve production and quality issues to ensure quality meets requirement and delivery is on-time

解决生产及质量问题，保证质量符合要求，交货准时

- Ensure suppliers fully understand brand request & able proceed the costing

确保供应商完全了解品牌要求并能进行成本核算

- Ensure Brands’ comments in place within the timeframe and suppliers go along the instructions.

确保品牌在时间范围内的评论，供应商能按指示进行

- Monitor weekly production plan and shipment tracker & meet associate parties in order to check out and solve problematic issues

监控每周生产计划和发货追踪，同关联方会面，检查并解决出现的问题

- Evaluate suppliers' performance annually together with quality personnel

同质检部门一同进行年度供应商评估

- Maintain & update order details / status / metrix / top delegation / risk assessment

维持并更新订单细节/状态/风险评估等

- Ensure repeat orders on time, in case of delays/issues, bring solutions

确保按时完成订单，如有延迟或问题，提供解决方案

Job Requirements

职位要求

1. College or university graduated. (Preferable in textiles or trading)

大专及以上学历（纺织品或贸易相关专业毕业优先）

2. 3-5 years experiences in Buying/Trading office in Woven categories

3-5年梭织类跟单经验

3. Good communication skill

良好的沟通能力

4. Good command of Spoken & Written English.

良好的英文口语和书面能力
