1. 对服装商品和供应链有一定的熟悉度，善于选品、定价，制定销售策略及推广方案，善于爆款的打造及营销活动的策划及推广；
2. 量化团购业绩目标并收集客户与市场信息，进行行业分析，制定营销策划开展相关业务计划，负责团购业务谈判和合同签订，完成销售任务，对销售结果负责；
3. 完成团购订单的洽谈和跟进，按照公司规定流程完成团购订单的跟进，负责每笔团购订单的折扣及利润；
4. 负责根据公司的销售策略对行业大客户和集团性大客户进行研究与选择，制定开拓新客户的计划并实施；
5. 负责公司产品在员工福利、礼品、银行、团购渠道（企事业单位等）的开发与维护；
6. 保持与所有团购重点客户的沟通与联络，做好重点客户关系维护，建立长期共赢的战略合作关系；
7. 不定期进行客户拜访，收集团购信息，维护客情关系，提升团购客户的复购率及销售转化率；
8. 建立客户资料卡及客户档案，完成相关销售报表，负责货款的对账与回收
