销售工作区域范围：

云南、贵州、湖南、广西、广东、福建

工作职责：

1. 进行潜在市场的客户及渠道开发，以及现有客户及渠道维护（包括经销商、终端用户、项目合作伙伴）；

2. 与销售经理/大客户经理共同制定销售成长和客户发展计划；

3. 准确理解客户需求和客户业务发展计划；

4. 拜访现有和潜在客户，并销售相关产品；

5. 准备每周、每月、每季度销售工作计划，并确保实施和及时跟进（Druva 销售需要对RCC项目进行持续跟踪，并定期给出项目进度反馈）；

6. 控制销售费用不超预算；

7. 通过各种资源渠道进行市场研究，以便寻找新的潜在客户；

8. 负责应收账款的按时回收，防止呆账坏账出现；

9. 协助销售经理对各自项目和客户的库存设定和库存管理，以保证达成库存周转率指标（销售内勤协助）；

10. 协助销售经理进行相关产品销售预测；

11. 按时完成上级经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 3年以上销售经验；

2. 本科及以上学历。
