Main Accountabilities:


Operation
- Implement network roadmap and strategy for short/middle/long term
- Manage day to day operation of network team including all processes and activities mapped, monitored, measured and reported.
- Ongoing competency documentation with diagrams and processes, standardize documentation for use in the team. Ensure network service quality to meet service level agreement.
- Daily support to North Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
- SOX compliance of network processes.
- Develop network team competency.
- Project management to ensure network projects are delivered on time with good quality and within budget.
- Manage network budget and optimize cost wherever is possible

Customer
- Deliver network service to meet SLA and other business requirements.
- Commit to and deliver professional support.
- Commit to customer focus and customer satisfaction

Team
- Manage, maintain and improve network team operation. Focus on business value added services to support fast business growth.
- Develop team on project management and business acumen.
- Evaluation of new technology not limited to network domain to improve infrastructure services, such as mobile solution, WAAS, VC, MPLS, IPT, NIP…
- Ensure effective and efficient cooperation/communication with other IS and business teams.




Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- > 8 years network management experience
- Team management experience
- Experience in architect and other infrastructure domains.
- Analytical and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
