Main Purpose of the Job:

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end process of Planning, Execution, Effectiveness Analysis of eCommerce Marketing for JD Platform.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support Brand Commuinication Director & Product Marketing teams to develop and execute eCommerce marketing plan. Key objectives are to drive new user acquisition and all levers (UV, Conversion, Basket Size) impacting sales (GMV) at Tmall flagship store. Key deliverable will include - Marketing Calendar management (activity phasing) - Campaign planning for mega events (D11, 6.18, D12, Super Brand Day) and monthly big or small events - Investment strategy at Ali eComm system (钻展,直通车,内容营销, etc)

2. Align Budget Prorirty by category with Brand Communication Director and Product Marketing Director through ABP (Annual Business Plan) and LE (Latest Estimate via Finance Projection) processes. Actively made investment adjustment throughout the year according to latest business needs and key learnings from campaign effective analysis

3. Keep close monitoring of eComm platform landscape changes, keep tracking shopper insights, and implications to eComm marketing strategy

4. Drive TP marketing team to deliver campaign plan, content page optimization, conduct campaign review, monthly KPI reviews, marketing intelligence update

5. Ensure execution consistency / leverage with JD team.

6. Champion best practices development / sharing from within (BCT cross functional teams) and external (TP, ecomm platform, industry forum etc)

7.Work with Analytic Manager to derive insights from Ali DataBank / JD 9数/Strategic Center

Professional Experience：

1. Bachelor’s degree.

2. Minimum 8 years experience in brand marketing, including at least 4 years in eCommerce Marketing role with substantial spending responsibility

3. Great commuincation skill with internal and external working partners

4. Good sense on creative judgement, visual & copy writing

5. Positive with can do attitude. 6. Team player but can work autonomously. 7. 8. Highly organized, good time management. Analytical
