岗位职责:

Ensures that a market sensitive, cost effective and quality conscious collection can be delivered to the stores on time in a socially and environmentally responsible way.

- Responsible for Supplier selection, development, negotiation and analysis.

- Responsible for product mix and price architecture of product category

- Planning and analysis of figures – reacting to best sellers and slow movers.

- Continuous assessment of competitive landscape

- Determine correct garment specification, quality, styling and fitting and approval of sample.

- Management of timelines regarding sample development, order placement and garment delivery.

 

任职资格:

- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years buying experience in the retail fashion industry

- Dynamic with good communication skill, good team player.

- Good Computer Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong Fashion sense and eye for details; understanding of the China consumer.

- Able to convert diverse market signals into a structured and commercial range.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin; be required to travel occasionally.
