You will be responsible to support local division controlling especially on business analytical and large project controlling. Support MC and TC controlling. This is a Controlling Specialist role reporting to the Business Controller in the Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions located in Xiamen, China.

- Working as team member of local division controlling team on monthly actual and estimation process, establishing and overseeing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules
- Coordinating with all report units’ controllers on division level Financial data estimation and other business-related reporting, assisting local Division controlling team on data analysis and review package preparation.
- Maintaining the current local BI, Power BI reports. Developing high quality BI report (e.g. Power BI or other BI tools) as business needs.
- Interfacing with ELGM – Electrification Global Markets, COE – Center of Excellence, GBS – Global Business Services and other corporate finance functions.
- Supporting MC and TC controller on daily cost analysis, supporting MC and TC controller on month end closing and estimation process, supporting MC and TC controller on other controlling relative matters.
- Supporting Local Division Controller on process optimization projects especially on SAP, Local BI, BI related projects.

- Must be a graduate in Finance, Accounting, economy or similar knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Controlling.
- Financial Data analysis background and experiences are preferred.
- Strong Competence in SAP, Excel, Power BI or other data analysis and visualize tools.
- Fluent English both on written and spoken.
