This is a Production Manager role reporting to the Company Manager / JV Manager in the Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions located in Beijing, China.

- Preparing annual production budget, overseeing progress, and determining actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources.
- Being responsible for all aspects of safety and housekeeping within assigned area per company policy, being responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards within assigned area.
- Being responsible for ensuring maximum production within the parameters of high quality and safe practice, assigning specific tasks, as required, to ensure the most effective and efficient use of the Team Members in his/her area.
- Ensuring that tools and materials essential for the performance of the work are readily available, identifying and implementing potential improvements to the operation or product under his/her control.
- Providing training and guidance to team members, evaluating and reviewing the work performance of all Team Members in assigned area.
- Assessing current and anticipated work volume to maintain proper manpower requirements, cooperating with management of other departments to ensure that workflows in an orderly and productive manner.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of Company Policies and Procedures, identifying employee problems as they arise and deals with them in a fair and equitable manner.
- Keeping management informed of any potential problems in his/her area, maintaining comprehensible records to document the performance of his/her area of responsibility and performing other assignments as directed.

- Must have a Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, etc.
- Must have experience in Operations Management or other related fields.
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments and in both Chinese and English
- Should have strong leadership capability, ability to motive and develop people, be result-orientated, responsible and have strong ability to solve conflicts.
