Essential Functions:

？ Develop, monitor and manage multiple projects throughout the product lifecycle and across countries and time zones

？ Hands-on project management and actively manages project plan, scope, deliverables, dependencies

？ Set and maintain a detailed timeline and milestones for every project

？ Ensure on-time execution with high quality

？ Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to key stakeholders and senior management

？ Identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies

？ Work with lead engineers and global experts in participating engineering design and making technical decisions

Education, Background and Skill Requirements:

？ CET-6 or above, excellent oral and written English is the essential requirement as the candidate will need to host conference calls with the global teams

？ Bachelor’s degree (Master or PhD preferred) in Software/Electronics engineering related disciplines

？ Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience; candidate with PMP certification has added advantage

？ Minimum 10 years Software/Electronics engineering experience in new product development in industrial segment.

？ The experience of directly leading engineering team is a plus

？ Experience in international project management

？ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills needed to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work across cross-functional groups

？ Hands-on and Detail orientated

？ Demonstrate the ability to think critically and collaboratively to solve project roadblocks

？ Demonstrate the skills of strong leadership in very lean but demanding and sometimes frustrating environment

？ Experience with manufacturing and suppliers
