职位描述
Main Accountabilities：
1. Order management
- Smoothly manage daily order process to support business delivery
- Optimize order system to fulfill business needs
2. Stock monitor
- Monitor channel/distributor/SKU stock level and identify potential risk
- Build up connection between daily order and stock level to ensure healthy status
- Diagnose stock status to come out management process
- Process allocation when needed
3. Business report
- Monthly business FCST by channel/account/SKU
- Weekly delivery report by channel/account/SKU
- Communication with sales to understand and verify business case
Critical Competencies：
- Bachelor degree with good command of English reading and writing
- At lease 2 years of FMCG industry working background
- Good interpersonal communication skill and capability of understanding customer need and establishing and maintaining good relationship
- Good pressure management and capability of adapting continuously changing organization structure and business environment
