Key Responsibilities：

Upkeep, configuration and reliable product operation of Workday for the KION Group. 

Your tasks will cover the whole range of areas of business product support from management of configurations to support & maintenance of the product, release management and strategic operations.

We are offering the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in feature areas as Workday HCM, compensation, merit and bonus, learning, talent & performance and recruiting. and/or cross-functional areas like reporting, security, and business process administration.

Main Tasks
? Configuration Management for a feature area:
Business Process build & maintenance
Report as a service
Security role build & maintenance
Configuration maintenance 
? Support and Maintenance by feature area:
Incident Management Functional
Data Quality Assurance
Mass data changes (EIB)
Security administration
Support significant business events
User documentation
? Release management
Bi-annual WD feature release management
Feature release testing, test automation tool application
Feature release change and training
? Strategic Operations
Handling of change requests, release enhancements

Professional Requirements:
? Is fluent English, written and spoken
? Has bachelor’s degree in a field related to computer or information science or engineering or similar experience
? Has satisfying technical and interpersonal skills (including satisfying computer skills and flawless business communication).
? Has advanced ability to troubleshoot, and think out of the box
? Has advanced organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
? Is ready to work on a given task repeatedly, in order to come up with an impeccable solution
? Build trusting relationships by acting with integrity, courtesy, and responsibility, even in the face of stress or demanding workplace conditions and with different national cultures
? Is intellectually curious, is a lifelong learner; analyzes things and dissect them to see how they work and figures out how to improve them.
