• Fulfill the sales/margin target for Welding Automation in China set up by the company;

• -Implement the sales strategies set up by the company.

• -Maintain effective budgetary controls of sales expense

• -Cooperate with distributor, to achieve personal targets.

• -Measure sales results against plan and take appropriate actions.

• -Ensure field strategies and activities complied with corporate objectives.

• -Maintain on-going relationship with customers and distributors

• -Co-ordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
