ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

You will be responsible for assisting the ELP sales director to participate in and implementation of the target, strategy and action plan of the real estate developer's customers in accordance with strategy. Leading the full-time developer strategic KA team to promote the strategic bidding work for the target real estate developers' customers, ensure the establishment and maintenance of long-term strategic relationship of customers, explore and maintain the cooperative partners of strategic bidding, and identify and develop sales opportunities especially for digital and intelligent solutions. As a Developer Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be reporting to in Business Area – Electrification, EL Global Markets located in Shanghai, China.


- Supervising and managing the sales to follow and implement the nationwide projects of strategic bidding purchasing, achieving business targets for assigned real estate developer market.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product offering, and aligning to provide a solution, especially opportunities for digital and intelligent solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- In view of the problems that may occur in the process of development, working on maintenance and project implementation with real estate developer’s key accounts, formulating and implementing the project tracking plan, to better predict and solve the problems in time.
- Organizing market promotion activities for real estate developers, identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identifying sales opportunities and promotes digital and intelligent solutions to customers.
- Being responsible for the management of the full-time developer strategic KA team.
- Coordinating with relevant departments (legal department, product team, after-sales service, etc.) to cooperate with the bidding and project implementation of real estate developer strategic bidding.
- Collecting market policies, information, trends and new products and solutions of real estate developers in China.

- Bachelor or master’s degree, major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred).
- At least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries with strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow.
- Must have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project.
- Strong learning ability, customer orientation, strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity are desired.
- Must be result driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills and must be good at teamwork.
