工作要求Job Requirements

College degree or above 大专及大专以上学历

More than three years experience 3年以上相关工作经验

Good communication and co-ordination skills with other department 良好的跨部门的沟通、协调能力

Familiar with ERP package system, SAP is preferred 熟悉ERP包装相关系统操作流程, ***是SAP系统

Good skills of English listening, reading, write and spoken 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

Familiar with packaging material and related production process,OEM packaging specification 熟悉包装材料及相关工艺，以及各主机厂包装规范

岗位职责Job Responsibility

Be responsible for the new project quotation of packaging in logistics , design the packaging proposal for approval from customer, apply for new packaging material internal SAP number , supplier nomination follow up and confirm with quality for new material launching . 新项目的物流包装成本报价，新项目零件包装的设计以及提交客户并获得批准；以及新包材的件号申请，定点跟踪；首次包材导入的质量确认。

To prepare the packaging list weekly for oversea customer and maintain the label datebase timely . 国外客户(如GMK,GMH)每周装箱单的完成，以及相关标签的设计。

To collect the packaging information for after sales parts and design the packaging proposal as well . 售服零件零件信息的收集以及包装方案确认。

To work out the operation insturciton standards to assembly line and warehouse 产线以及仓库成品零件作业指导书的制定。

To collect and record suppliers packaging proposal . 供应商的包装信息的收集以及记录，存档。

To approve suppliers packaging proposal and jointly review with internal IE ,Manufacturing department to meet internal requirements . 供应商包装仕样书的审核，并与IE，生产部门共同确认是否满足内部要求。

To optimize and improve the packaging proposal both in supplier and customer sides to save cost, complying with the LEAN concept. 供应商及客户端包装的改善以及优化，节约成本，符合内部精益生产的要求及客户要求。

To summarize the new packaging proposal infromaiton as the input to IT department for Barcode system maintenance . 新项目包装信息的汇总，并输入给IT以录入Barcode system。

To update the internal packaging format weekly . 自制标签的模版更新。（每周）

Other taskes assigned by supervisor . 主管安排的其它任务。
