ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

You will be responsible to define marketing strategy and lead the overall marketing activities in China to propel the business growth of product group--switching. Oversee strategic planning, application support, product management, pricing, training & education as well as other marketing activities. This is a Product Marketing Manager role, reporting to Product Marketing Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Global Markets located in Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou in China.


- Identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy and product positioning for PG switching to drive business growth.
- Leading product marketing team of PG switching, organize and packing switching product group to promote in efficiency way.
- Frequently talking with GPG/GPM to share marketing needs and R&D roadmap, try to drive GPG support or develop more competitive product for China market.
- Closing work with sales to ensure right product strategy implementation, coaching and leading sales team to run business in efficiency way. Designing, organizing and implementing training and educating for sales, distributors and customers to ensure accurate product knowledge and application methodology being delivered.
- Obtaining market intelligence through market research on customers, competitors, market potentials, and product competitiveness.
- Strengthening the application support internally and externally to ensure better application by customers and smooth communication.
- Developing, leading and managing the execution of new product launch.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related products is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Must exhibit good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of Low Voltage Products and PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office.
