职位描述

1. Purpose of the Job 工作目的
The Sales
Intelligence Manager is expected to collect and analyze national sales
information, develop routine and ad-hoc sales analysis on a regular base,
assist in presentation material preparation and volume planning & budgeting,
use data to improve business result.

2. Accountabilities 职责

- Build data warehouse: work with BU PPM team to gather and verify data from various sources, improve data collection process.

- Monitor sales performance: analysis of sales volume, distribution network, product promotion, new product launch and sales trend, ect, identify and highlight gap versus expectations /targets, provide deeper insight to sales team for setting sales target and next step action plan.

- Industry analysis: build market share & industry analysis for ABI and key competitors, track performance against target and previous year.

- BSC project: manage BSC Commercial volume team to make sure timely & accurate regular analysis reports are distributed with high quality.

- Planning & forecast: input in-depth
understanding of sales operation and get involved in weekly demand planning,
annual volume budget and 3 year plan.

3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求

Education 教育

Bachelor Degree, major in MIS, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing & Sales or relevant areas.

Experience 经验

3 years in similar position in FMCG

Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 (与工作相关)

Work proactive, good Team player, good
communication skill, good analytical skills, good excel knowledge and skill.
